Growing up on a farm near Morgan MN, Doug was actively involved in their family farming operation at a young age. Doug learned quickly how important agriculture is in our communities and around the world. He married his wife, Rhonda, in 1988 and has since helped raise their two grown children on their farm in Redwood County. He is proud to call the area home.
In 1997, Doug began his career in Real Estate and now specializes in selling farmland, acreages, residential and commercial real estate properties in southwest Minnesota. In 1999, he added Auctioneering to his resume after he went through the Continental Auction School and worked as a Colonel with the Marguth Auction Company in Redwood Falls MN. Doug purchased the auction business from Terry Marguth in 2006, and was a periodic instructor at the Continental Auction School. He has since helped many individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations with their real estate and auction needs.

Doug is involved with the Morgan EDA, the Morgan Area Club, and St. Michael’s Church. In his limited spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
