¨ Seller will have the electricity, water disconnected and close in the basement hole at the sellers expense

¨ The cost to move the house is the buyers

¨ Buyer is accepting the home in “AS IS”    Condition.

¨ Buyer will not have any liens or mortgages filed against this property or any property of the sellers.

¨ Buyer will have location listed on their      liability insurance policy.  Buyer shall       provide a copy to the seller

¨ Buyer shall have until June 19, 2026 to have the house removed.

¨ Buyer agrees that the amount paid on the auction is non-refundable.  If house is not moved off , seller may, at sellers discretion, destroy and or remove the house. 

¨ No real estate is included with the sale.    Ownership will be conveyed via a bill of sale.
